Carter Bales is Chairman of NewWorld Capital Group and a Founding Partner of the Firm. Before co-founding NewWorld, he was Managing Partner Emeritus of The Wicks Group of Companies, a private equity firm focused on the information industries. He co-founded Wicks in 1989 and was a Managing Partner until assuming the Emeritus role in late 2006.

Mr. Bales was a Director of McKinsey & Company from 1978 to 1998, where he held senior leadership positions, including founding the Firm's practices in environmental management, information and media, and state and local government... Click for Bio

Mr. Richter, a recognized environmentalist, currently serves on the Board of

Directors for Riverkeeper, a leading environmental NGO organized by Robert Kennedy Jr., and on the Board of Trustees for the Adirondack Nature Conservancy/ Adirondack Land Trust. Prior to joining ECP, Mr. Richter enjoyed a successful 15 year career with the New York Rangers and also represented the United States on numerous international competitions earning World Cup gold in 1996 and an Olympic Silver Medal in 2002...
